Create an account and verify your email. After purchase or a free license from SnowDesk support, download the Windows installer from your account and run it. Your standard license includes 10 PC / VPS activations. Each activated device can run unlimited MT5 terminals; extra terminals do not consume another activation.
Keep MetaTrader 5 open: the installer suggests that terminal first. If needed, choose File → Open Data Folder in MT5 and select that folder with Browse. The installer places SnowDog AI in Expert Advisors and creates a SnowDesk desktop shortcut. No Python installation is needed.
In MT5 press Ctrl+N for Navigator. Right-click Expert Advisors, choose Refresh, then drag SnowDesk → SnowDog AI onto a market chart. Add your own indicator to that chart and keep MT5 open.
Open SnowDesk from the desktop shortcut. Approve its short activation code in your website account if prompted. In Connections, save your AI provider; in Indicators, choose the MT5 chart. Start with Ask Snow, which analyzes without placing a trade.

SnowDesk is a Windows workspace that connects AI, your MetaTrader 5 charts and your trading instructions. You can ask for analysis, study an indicator or enable AUTO to act within your settings.
Snow can use available indicator buffers and chart images. Compatibility depends on what the indicator exposes and what is visible on the chart. Missing or unreadable information should be reported, not invented.
A Windows computer or VPS, MetaTrader 5, a compatible broker account, an internet connection and an API key from a supported AI provider. API usage is billed separately by that provider.
No. It studies available historical behavior, records observations and adds context for future reviews. It does not retrain the underlying AI model or guarantee that past patterns will repeat.
SnowDesk supports separate named strategies and chart contexts. Each can have its own instructions. Available symbols, order types and trading conditions depend on your broker.
No. AI analysis can be wrong, indicators can be incomplete and market conditions can change. Review the evidence, use appropriate risk settings and test on a demo account first.
No. Your software license and AI provider usage are separate. SnowDesk includes usage estimates and controls for when reviews happen. Your provider’s bill is the final source for API charges.
Your license includes 10 PC or VPS activations. Use as many MT5 terminals and broker accounts as you need on each activated device. Pair each device once from the Windows app. Your account shows available places and when a removed device’s place can be reused.
SnowDesk starts at €100 for the first 20 confirmed sales. The price then increases by €50 after every 10 confirmed sales, up to €350. A valid payment invoice keeps the price shown when it was created until that invoice expires.
Support does not need your broker password, AI API key, wallet seed phrase or private device key. When sharing a diagnostic report, review it and remove sensitive information first.
