The commercial flow supports server-verified card, PayPal and configured crypto checkout. Final seller details and the refund policy must be approved before checkout opens.

This page describes the planned service and outstanding policy decisions. It must be finalized for the operating business before paid sales begin. Checkout remains disabled until the launch requirements are completed.
The price shown at checkout
SnowDesk starts at EUR 100 for the first twenty confirmed sales. The price then increases by EUR 50 after every ten confirmed sales, with a maximum of EUR 350. A valid invoice keeps its quoted price until expiry. Existing invoices may finish at an earlier tier after the current displayed price changes.
Payment and confirmation
Available methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed in hosted Stripe Checkout and PayPal payments use PayPal's hosted approval flow. SnowDesk does not store card credentials. A successful browser return is not proof of payment: access unlocks only after the server authenticates provider evidence, independently retrieves the payment and verifies the exact order, currency and amount.
For direct wallet checkout, send only USDT on TRON (TRC20) to the address on your order page. Send the full amount exactly as shown, including all six decimal places: the fractional amount identifies your order. A wallet or exchange that rounds the transfer may prevent automatic matching. Downloads unlock only after the server verifies the token contract, receiving address, exact amount and successful final transfer. A screenshot or transaction ID supplied by a customer does not prove settlement.
Payment exceptions
Declined, pending, duplicated or conflicting provider records and rounded, wrong-asset, wrong-network or late crypto transfers require investigation. Do not automatically send a second payment while your order is being checked. Contact support with your order reference; for crypto, provide only a public transaction ID, never wallet seed phrases or private keys.
Refund policy requiring approval
The eligibility, time limits, software-access consequences, applicable mandatory rights, network fees, exchange-rate handling and method of refund remain to be agreed and legally reviewed. This draft does not create a blanket “no refunds” rule. Crypto payment does not itself remove legal obligations.
Separate service costs
The software price does not include AI provider usage, broker commissions, spreads, hosting/VPS fees or network fees charged by other services. Check the final invoice and the services you choose.
