Draft for review
This page describes the planned service and outstanding policy decisions. It must be finalized for the operating business before paid sales begin. Checkout remains disabled until the launch requirements are completed.
Account access
Use an email address you control, keep your password private and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for the instructions you give to SnowDesk and for access to your devices. Support will never request your password, private keys or wallet seed phrase.
The software license
Purchases are modeled as a one-time software license. A standard SnowDesk license permits 10 active PC or VPS installations, with unlimited MT5 terminals on each activated device. An explicitly assigned license allowance is shown in the customer account. Activations remain bound to the license owner; they are not separate licenses for resale or sharing. A complimentary license may also be assigned by an administrator without a purchase. To move a license, remove the old installation in your account; the slot may remain unavailable during the displayed cooldown and any outstanding offline lease. The software and account system remain separate from your broker and AI provider.
Third-party services
A compatible Windows and MetaTrader 5 environment, broker account, internet connection and supported AI service are required. AI usage charges and broker costs are separate. Third-party availability, rate limits and trading constraints affect what the software can do.
Items requiring final merchant approval
Seller’s legal identity and contact details; permitted users and territories; exact license grant and restrictions; update and support entitlement; duration and termination; warranty and liability provisions; dispute handling and applicable law. These are intentionally not invented in this draft.
Trading decisions
AI output and historical studies may be wrong or incomplete. The software does not promise profitable trades, a particular return or uninterrupted operation. Read the risk disclosure and test the complete setup before using live funds.
